Gewürztraminer – Semi-Sweet

Our Gewürztraminer wine is similar to a sweet Moscato wine but has a truly unique flavour profile, with notes of sweet roses, cantaloupe, lychee, and pineapple.  This highly aromatic wine can be paired with poultry, duck, pork, shrimp, and soft mild cheeses.

Prairie Rhuberry – Semi-Sweet

An amazing meshing of two loved flavours; rhubarb and raspberries. Its intense rhubarb flavour slowly makes way for the raspberry, which comes through in the finish.  Perfect to sip on or to pair with pork, chicken or fish.

Prairie Apple – Semi-Sweet

Lovingly crafted with tree-ripened apples and a hint of cinnamon, Prairie Apple wine is a wonderful blend of sweet and tart, and intense aroma. Perfect for turkey supper at Thanksgiving.

Prairie Apricot – Semi-Sweet

Strawberry Zinfandel – Semi-Sweet

Known as Primitivo in Italy, the Zinfandel grape has been utilized in California as a sweet rosé wine.  We carefully blended strawberries, to create a unique wine with notes of strawberry, cranberry, and vanilla. This light and refreshing wine is perfect for cream-based pasta dishes, fish, pork, anti-pasto, and fruit-based salads.

Apricot Riesling – Semi-Sweet

Originating in the Rhine region of Germany, Riesling grapes are known for it’s aromatics and high acidity. We carefully blended apricots, to create a unique wine with notes of apricot, pineapple and pear. This fruit-forward wine can be paired with poultry, duck, pork, shrimp, and soft mild cheeses.

Moscato – Semi-Sweet

Muscat grapes have been cultivated in the Mediterranean region for centuries, and are noted for their sweet and floral aroma and tropical flavours. This wine is perfect for spicy asian fare, cheese courses, charcuterie or antipasto plates, and desserts.
