April Winner
Eligibility
This contest is open to all photographers, amateur and professional. Employees of Over the Hill Orchards and Winery and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Entry Requirements
Participants must use the hashtag #OverthehillOrchards when posting their entries. Photos must be original work and must not infringe on the rights of any third parties. Digital manipulation of photos is allowed but should not alter the fundamental reality of the scene.
Rights and Permissions
By entering the contest, participants grant Over the Hill Orchards and Winery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their submitted photos in connection with the contest and for promotional purposes related to the orchard and winery, in any media now or hereafter known.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.
Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme of the contest. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
Prizes
The prize of “Supper in the Orchard for 2” is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be redeemed within the specified timeframe, and dates are subject to availability.

Over the Hill Orchards and Winery is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.

Over the Hill Orchards and Winery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the orchard.
