Supper in the Orchard: Chef Fabian Boersch

Join us at Over the Hill Orchards and Winery for Supper in the Orchard featuring Chef Fabian Boersch from the Bar Willow Restaurant in Regina.

Fabian Boersch has returned to be the Head Chef of Bar Willow after previously working there as an apprentice under Chef Tim Davies. In between his first and second stint at The Willow he had stops with Browns Socialhouse as a regional Chef opening several locations across the prairies and then taking on Beer Brothers Gastropub in downtown Regina. Fabian's next step was a larger one as he and his wife and Sous Chef moved to Halifax. Fabian received a crash course in seafood and east coast hospitality and can not wait to host everyone for a good ol fashion Kitchen Party.

About Supper in the Orchard

The event begins on the outdoor patio (weather permitting) overlooking the beautiful valley, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. Attendees are seated indoors beside large picture windows where the owners, Dean and Sylvia Kreutzer, briefly discuss the history of the orchard and introduce the chef(s) for the evening. Between courses a 30-minute tour of the orchard is offered (weather permitting). Supper begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends around 9 p.m.
