Supper In the Orchard with Multiple Chefs – May 17th

These up and coming chefs each focus on a single course which provides a supper full of passion and creativity.

“Springtime in Paris”
Vichyssoise Deconstructed
Chilled leek & potato soup

Grilled Tuna with Shaved Asparagus
Accompanied by blistered tomatoes, sun-choke hollandaise

Pan-seared Duck Breast
Served with roasted baby carrots & potatoes, pear & parsnip purée, saskatoon berry au jus

Champagne Gateau
With pastry cream & raspberry coulis.
