Join us for an exciting supper with Chef Tim Davies.
Chef Tim Davies was the executive chef at the Willow On Wascana, and now Bar Willow Eatery for 5 years, and now is the head chef at Beer Bros. He has travelled the world honing his skills in the culinary arts. Chef Tim hails from Vancouver Island and is bringing some west coast flavour to the orchard.
Cost: $70/person, wine flight $25, wine by the glass $7, non-alcoholic beverages available.
