Supper In the Orchard with Chef Amber Colbourne – September 25th

Amber developed a love for food at a young age, inspired by her grandmother’s cooking. This passion lead her to pursue a career in the culinary arts. She apprenticed at the Conexus Art Centre and is currently the pastry chef at Bushwakker Brewing Company. Where she enjoys creating features for the dessert menu including the popular ever changing cheesecakes. She believes in supporting local product and the importance of friendships in the industry. She has been an active member of the junior chef program including winning a spot on the 2017 junior exchange. Spending a week traveling Niagara falls with fellow students from across Canada.
