Supper In the Orchard with Chef Joel Williams – July 23rd (Sold Out)

Born in Saskatoon and raised in Regina, Joel Williams began working in restaurants at the age of 16. Following high school, Joel moved to the Rocky Mountains and landed in Canmore, AB working at the Grizzly Paw restaurant & micro brewery. Eventually, Joel’s love for Saskatchewan called him back and he began honing his skills at some of Regina’s top restaurants.
Joel later became the Executive Chef at Rock Creek Tap & Grill, creating a menu that was successfully franchised in the following years. As a big proponent of independent restaurants, Joel left to co-create The Lancaster Taphouse. At the Lancaster, Joel’s menu showcased high end gastropub cuisine. His vision is to work with locally sourced ingredients from as many Saskatchewan producers as possible.
Cost: $70/person, wine flight $25, wine by the glass $7, non-alcoholic beverages available.
